Article Processing Charges (APC)
IJMSHI is an open-access journal. To support the costs of editorial processing, peer review, hosting, archiving, and indexing, authors are required to pay an article processing charge (APC) upon acceptance of their manuscript. There are no submission charges. The APC is payable only after the manuscript has been peer-reviewed and accepted for publication.

Waiver & Discount Policy
IJMSHI is committed to supporting researchers from low‑income countries and those facing financial hardship. A limited number of APC waivers or discounts (up to 50%) are available on a case‑by‑case basis. Requests must be submitted with a formal letter from the corresponding author explaining the financial constraints and the significance of the study. The editorial board reviews all waiver applications, and decisions are final.
